No, I keep telling you to listen because I’ve always been of the opinion that the only way to accurately critique an album is to listen to it straight thru from beginning to end. I don’t care if you’re disappointed or love it. I just don’t think your’re in the best position to make broad statements about it.

Like I said its 2 songs I havent heard pinocchio story and bad news….and I still think the album is fire, its probably not going to sway my opinion off those last two songs…

I haven’t heard anyone say its his best album, but it damn sure aint wack….its a good pop album, you gotta take it for what it is.

I think if you played the instumentals only for all three and didnt know what you were listening to, you’d never guess they were made by the same dude. I mean, I can’ think of anything (musically) that sounds less like “Two Word” than something like “Good Life”. Not saying that both arent’ dope.

graduation is WAAAAAY different from the 1st two albums in terms of structure, content AND sound.

production wise:
college dropout – basic hip hop sampling with studio musicians

late registration – basic hip hop sampling with a more cinematic/score element attached (jon brion).

graduation – a more “big stadium” synth sounds with outside producers doing alot of the BIG work. (toomp, eric hudson, nottz)

808s and heartbreak – a t-pained kanye with tribal drums (no hate)

^Yeah, but Nah didn’t put that list together, Blender did. And regardless to what, it says something that son was able to put up numbers like that. Like it or not, and I hate his album, doing 1.5 in a week in 08 is the equivalent of doing 5 mil in a week in 2000. No matter how good or bad that shit sounds, you gotta give it the respect due for putting up such numbers

I want USC to go to Nat. Championship, but I have to admit that they’re overrated. They play no one in the pac 10.

Also Texas beat Oklahoma, the Big 12 Championship will be against Missouri, so either Oklahoma, Texas or Texas Tech goes. One of them has to play against Missouri in the Big 12 chip.
