Billz day n nite is not the song of the year, im not even completely sure what it but that certainly is not…

^I can’t really think of any other hiphop song that has had any crossover appeal with little to no marketing that has received such accolades. Day N Nite is the only one. It was unexpected, different, catchy, and even Jones killed the remix.

TPain’s “I Can’t Believe It” would definitely be #1 for overall mainstream appeal. That shit got like 9 million Youtube hits. Insane.

What makes it perfect to me is that exactly the type of song i would play for somebody if ha asked me what type of rap i’m into. i mean i listen to anything from Blackstar to Hell Rell(more the latter recently) and this song is exactly in the middle.
