LMAO….ha ha….99% of their fans don’t exist….but they’re hot in the nerd rap blog world…not with the casual rap fan
^^
like seriously who cares about the casual rap fan..why would anyone wanna be a casual rap fan ….it sound like sum white boy from utah or sumthing
__________________________________________________________
The same reason why people want to be a casual sports fan and a casual fisher, hunter etc….most people aren’t hip-hop heads….thats really not something to be bragging about anyway, cause it doesnt translate to something substantive for life purposes…..most people like to listen to other kinds of music and not just rap….. hip-hop heads don’t determine what is hot anyways.
^Co-sign 100%.
I dont know how a grown men can explain their infatuation with HOV…and you 30 years old with kids….like how you explain that when you on the block to the niggas you kick it with?

I turned being a Hip-Hop head into a career. if you’re not at least a part time Hip-Hop head you can kill yourself as far as I’m concerned.

I mean these niggas is just breaking out. I’ll say it again. you niggas hated on Mickey and Charles and Cudi and like it or not, they’re all on the cover of XXL this month. whose to say Diz and Fashawn and these dudes won’t be on a magazine cover this time next year? not that it should matter though. I don’t understand why ya’ll niggas gotta wait for somebody else to co-sign before you listen to an artist.
***I really don’t need a co-sign before I listen to an artist, but sometimes, a recommendation will steer me towards listening to an artist I might have otherwise blown off (n/h)…like, niggas are co-signing Max B to death on Nah, these days, so I gave him another listen, and I still don’t see it…hip hop will never be dead, because it’s more of like a culture/movement than a genre, but the question is commercial viability- maybe the declining sales is a good thing, in a way, because the real artists will continue hone their craft…maybe that’s a better statement- mainstream hip hop is dead, but the underground has always been strong….

If you switch ya taste cause you dont dig anymore thats cool but it sound like niggas force them self not like rap anymore cause they not consider young anymore

Eskay you run a business and as far as I’m concerned….you’re like 1 out of a million which means you’re the exception….most hip-hop heads ain’t profiting off hip-hop…at least the ones who have NO ties within the music industry. You made your career by being able to have the products out before anybody else could get it and using the most up to date and cutting edge tools to give out that product, not just by vast knowledge among the hiphop kingdom….
