I think puff finacially raping his artist is overstated. Its a known fact that rapper are finacially illiterate so they see all that puff has and they think they should have the same. Also I think puff contract is no different than the white man contract its just these artist think their friends with puff cause they party together
common or mos def is affilated with bmf or a gang, even than why wud a group like bmf target fabo and not a trully rich mc like jayz of 50 or diddy if they were going to target anyone at all
^rappers that portray gangsta life style are targeted by their peers, to see if they live up to their lyrics. Niggas like com and mos dont fall into that catagory. Now as far as niggas like jay 50 and diddy, I’m pretty sure there were attempts by some to tap them niggas. The difference with them type cats is that there status is beyond being extorted by a street group, their extortion comes at the government and city level. Them niggas that you read about in the papers that come home off long bids, the ones that are hood legends, come home with that in mind. Like such and such is making a living off my name and they gotta kick back some off that cash if they want to continue the lifestyle without any repercussions.

I don’t know much about the BMF or Fab really, but I know he was getting it in outside of rap for a little bit….and that that nigga is a lot older than he says.
^yea fab was prolly was gettin it in – 8 out of 10 niggas do, but on what scale.
A bank wants his Tribeca condos, the city is seizing his SUV and his lawyer dropped him for not paying his legal bills.
It’s not easy being Damon Dash, has-been hip-hop mogul.
The co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records and Rocawear – who in 2005 sold his share in the clothing empire to Jay-Z for $20 million – is under assault in Manhattan Supreme Court from lawyers, lenders and landlords fed up with not getting paid.
The fall has been a dizzying one for Dash, who has gone from owning Keds, a vodka company and 1,300 pairs of shoes to dodging bills and accusing a former accountant of ripping him off for millions of dollars.

I know i am a Jay stan, but i still feel bad about finding a little Joy in this, im not sure if its because of his annoying attitude or the constant yellin of cakehollic, thru out the years

^yea fab was prolly was gettin it in – 8 out of 10 niggas do, but on what scale.
^^
Wasnt Fab part of some Brooklyn stick up kid squad/B&E squad? And yea, he’s definetly like 33, I remember when he first came out, and some nigga had a letter in XXL saying he was born in ’75 and got his chipped tooth running away from a girl that was about to beat his ass in 10th grade. It seemed too aggy and personal to be made up.
Or kept fucking up on the scramble board. I know that shit would frustrate me. Bitch, its five letters, E-P-I-R-C-N! Who else could it be!!

“how i’m ‘posed to breave wit no air?”
I got an army recruit call yesterday isnt there some kind of age limit on that shit. Dude was like “aram I heard youre interested in serving your country and making a career”
I was like “WTF I am 27 and a college graduate and have a career, why the fuck are you calling my cellphone”
army recruiter “I was given your name and number by a friend of yours”
I like Curren$y but he can get monotonous(sp?) and rap about the same shit over and over. like him having deadstock kicks, his gear and how fly he is and that he has some kind of Jet thats guided. Atleast he is funny and clever and thats why I think he is kind of cool
“GhostDeini” sports a number of tracks unknown to fans, including “Ghostface Christmas,” a remix of “Be Easy” featuring Ice Cube” and a remix of “Kilo” with fellow Wu-Tang Clan colleague Raekwon and Pusha T. “Slept on Tony” is a new song.
Damn, Def Jam’s desperate. Putting out warmed over Ghostface songs for the Christmas rush? Ghost is the greatest, but that’s not a good look for him or the label. I’m still probably gonna cop it tho. And I guess since most of it is pre-recorded, there making a lot more money than they would if it was all new. Still tho, this is kind of sad.
