I think that their should be a tier system for sampling classic R&B/Rap/Rock etc songs. Basically, the higher your tier #, the more artists you have access to and the more classic songs you have at your disposal. In return, you pay the proper sampling fees and agree to do a verse/produce/promote their new material at a reduced cost or pro bono.

I think that their should be a tier system for sampling classic R&B/Rap/Rock etc songs. Basically, the higher your tier #, the more artists you have access to and the more classic songs you have at your disposal. In return, you pay the proper sampling fees and agree to do a verse/produce/promote their new material at a reduced cost or pro bono.
