When Minority Report was released on Hov’s ill received Kingdom Come some critics didn’t really take the song too seriously and didn’t believe Hov’s attempt at be a “conscious rapper.” But in this clip the song is performed with out the Dre beat and without Ne-Yo, so it is the lyrics that take center stage.
