Lately I haven’t been really wanting to hear music from the usual suspects (Jay-Z, eminem, T.Ietc) I was one to ever say they should move over cause truthfully there not in no ones way, they just gather more attention because of who they are, but recently I only been listening to new ninjas (Ransom, OJ Da Juice, Max B) I’m starting to like the new age of artist that’s not on the XXL cover
Al Pac is a problem, too bad he went on that iron vacation
French Montana is cool, nice flow
Ransom is sick
Max B is wavy
Joe88 is gifted lyrically, can’t wait till his mixtape drops

Another thing that’ll be interesting to see….musically, Eminem has yet to exist and put out material in the “new” hip hop, driven by blogs, social media, sharing links, myspace, YouTube mania. I’m curious how he Em-braces it, if at all. Trust me, I know these things existed last time Shady put out music, bot not like they do right now.
I’m guessing now the album won’t live up to my own anticipating, but no Eminem album ever has. They all grow on me and I end up accepting it though. The only artists I really ever do this for is Outkast, Eminem, and Redman…everyone else, I have little or no expectations. But, in some way I’ve been disappointed with every one of their albums on first listen. Aligning a fan’s vision and an artist’s vision is a tough thing…but still, every album by all of 3 is a damn near classic for me now.

[...] Love him or hate him back then, looking back on it now Eminem still has a certain shine to him. Fans will be pleased to hear a new album is on the way. You can listen to the interview where he confirmed this right here. [...]

Entertainment weekly just posted another excerpt from the book here’s a lil bit of it.
“I’ve always had issues with my temper.
When I look back at myself during those years when everything was blowing up, I think maybe at first I was a little, you know, too aggressive and loud. It was like I had this voice and I had to be heard. ”Don’t f— with me,” to the point where people must have been wondering, Why is this dude so angry? Is he on crack? Is he on crystal meth? I go back and see old interviews and even now I wonder, Why was I so hyper?
I went through a phase back then when I was shooting pistols in the air behind the studio and, you know, pulling guns out, pointing a pistol in somebody’s face, not even realizing that I could’ve gone to jail for that s—.
Back then I was living on a main road, Hayes Street, and random people used to come and knock on my door all the time. The first album had gone four times platinum. I finally had some money. I remember thinking, I have a house, I can park in back. It was the first time in my life I’d had a real home that I could call my own and nobody was going to be able to throw me out. Directly across the street there was a trailer park. Wouldn’t you know it? Sometimes kids would sit and wait for me to come out.
Other times they didn’t even bother to wait. They would just come and bang on the door. The doorbell kept ringing. I was starting to lose it. As soon as I would open the front door the camera flashes would go off. They’d start clapping. I was losing my mind. I got up in one kid’s face with a pistol.”
