    In another setback for Ms. Palin, a judge on Friday ordered the state of Alaska to preserve any government-related e-mail messages that Gov. Sarah Palin sent from private accounts.

    The ruling, by Craig Stowers of Anchorage superior court, came as the result of a lawsuit brought by a resident, Andree McLeod, against Ms. Palin, the Republican vice-presidential nominee.

    Ms. Palin has occasionally used private e-mail accounts to conduct state business, and her Yahoo accounts were hacked last month.

    The judge ordered the attorney general to contact Yahoo and other private carriers to preserve any e-mail messages sent and received on those accounts. An assistant attorney general told the court that the governor was no longer using here private e-mail accounts to conduct state business.

    …. o trust I barely watch it, but I do keep the games on the little TV except for sat. and sun football wins out easy but during the week there is nothing for me to watch on the little TV so as long as the red sox aren’t winning I’ll watch

    Normally i agree I have a hard time watching baseball unless the Yankees are in it, my 2 years in Boston area made me watch Red Sox to root against them but I do it more so I can actually judge the teams, the Devil rays I just enjoy watching real talk, I like their team I called iceber slim out the other day cause he was bragging about the Ray I told him I was probably the second biggest rays fan with dick vitale # 1 and i’m a yankees fan, Ice said he had season tickets I told him i don’t think they sell season tickets they have a hard enough giving them out with free brunch vouchers

    I got fans that are die hard phillies fans and it would be classic if manny beat the sox in the series so as an aspiring sports writer theres a lot of interesting story lines, in it but don’t get it twisted baseball is on the back burner it regulated to the little tv on mute, I’m watching a movie on the regular TV and rocking the laptop to bullshit all while smoking a spliff, now thats some multitasking if I ever seen it

    but co-sign it’s not really baseball but still mildyl entertaining

    also I don’t pay attention to basketball seriously until the all-star break, the teams are all on auto-pilot it’s half assed and frustrating and I was never much of a hockey fan I rooted for the devils when they were in it and actually got into it for a little while when they were good, someone took me to a game

    going to hockey game > going to any other game

    but it doesn’t translate as well on TV
