I actually agree that the sun is our literal God in some respects. Especially considering it’s distance, position in the “heavens”, and the first event of Genesis being the appearance of light (not that I believe in Genesis literally, but there are some truths about human nature contained in it). I was joking of course when I mentioned my philosophy teacher, but not to mock the theory, it’s just that that niggas actually said just that. Kids got pissed. You can’t challenge the Judeo (sic?)-Christian God in HBCU, word to me comparing myself to Jesus at our annual rap battle freshmen year and niggas actually getting heated about it.
