I remember the first time I saw & heard the “Ha” video. I was blown away, real talk, I couldn’t understand a single word he said the first time around, but I knew I liked that song. I went to school the next day & brung it up in homeroom, everybody said it was weak except one nigga, funny thing, I never heard that nigga speak until that day, lol
I begged my moms for some dough cheese to buy that cassette, I copped that shit & was rocking it ever since, but it took me atleast 2 months to give the rest of the CD a try, only song I listen to was “Ha”. To this day, everytime a track from 400 degrees come on, I just remember me being 13 & introduced to hanging out with the street dudes.

I particularly enjoy sexual encounters with the latter group as they are generally disappointed in the fact that they only receive penile intercourse and nothing more, unless of course, they douche on a consistent basis. Did you see the Helter skelter interview where Rock was talking about flows and such, different rhyme patterns. Those kids from Detroit, have the most complexed rhyme schemes ever. Elzhi, Royce, Em have all mastered thats shit… to the point some of Em’s words dont actually rhyme, but the way he pornounces them he can make them rhyme (does that make sense). I’m noticing more MC’s doing this.
