    That beats working all day (& all your life) to please & fatten the pockets of someone you’ll never ever in your life, meet if you ask me

    As long as your puttin food on the table, & payin your bills who cares. Every artist doesnt have to be a superstar, or even have superstar potential.

    I just don’t see how he could not be straight financially. He was signed to the biggest rap star of this generation. He had a video on BET and a song on the Billboard top 100. I guess I don’t really have any facts but I’m sure he is doing just fine.

    What you say doesn’t matter to an artist. If any artist were to listen to you say there was no hope.. they wouldn’t succeed.. no matter what.

    All his mixtapes are free and whatever he made from wayne I’m sure he use all that on studio time and rapper kit( chain cars). And I’ve never seen a flyer for a currency show but I like in nyc so I’m sure that has a lot to do with it.

    Yeah I love all these fucking blog A&R’s, talking about the industry like they know what the fuck is going on.

    I think if you’re able to express your yourself artistically, make good money (who knows, maybe insane money down the road), build with other artists you respect, get kick downs everywhere you go and tour the world you’d have to be an asshole not to try it if you had the talent/opportunity.

    Everybody wants to mention ALBUM SALES…you got it all fucked up. It’s called SHOW MONEY. And if you’re independent even better. And why do all sorts of people wanna shit on Budden? I think he’s alright financially, why are others so worried with his finances?
