    jada is one of my favorites, but I KNOW he’s gonna stick to the formula. 2 or 3 swizz party tracks, a song for the gyals with some r&b chick on the hook, one political/conscious track, a couple of subpar mixtape beats with lyrics about guns and drugs, and 3 bangers one of which is a posse cut feat. styles and sheek.

    ***It’s actually aiight, as long as you don’t analyze the lyrics too closely…LL has always fallen short (none) lyrically, IMO, but his delivery and enthusiasm (nhjic) make up for it, or at least they used to- word to “Mama Said Knock You Out”

    I can’t believe Jadakiss is just releasing/previewing tracks now, if his album really is dropping next month- he needs to fire his management team, if he has one, because for an artist as dope as he is, and how well he did last time out, there isn’t enough buzz out there for a new album—at least from niggas who are actually going to BUY the album….

    I remember Howard homecoming of 2006 he was walkin around Love nightclub lookin like a regular. It was him and like some other dude, no bodyguard. People hardly recognized him, but at the same time some did. He was just very low key. I went to him said what up and he had a blunt. We smoked that shit sitting on the steps of the stage no paying attention to all chaos on stage with all the groupies and a few members of Dip Set. I believe this was the same year Cam got shot (not that night though, he was shot the next night) Anyways, whatever Jada had in that blunt had me stuck on the steps for the rest of the night with my eyes twitching for a few days. Good shit. Henney all night too of course.

    I have a feeling that this album is going to be dope. I think he has caught on that nobody was really fuckin with his albums, but I could be wrong. I guess I am such a Lox stan, this album is the album that I am looking forward to most. I hope he goes in like he does on his mixtapes, maybe 1 or two radio joints and this album should be great. D Block muthafuckers.

    Go to rollingstone.com, or search the nah archives. es posted a RS story about the making of Miseducation and they interviewed the dudes that she didnt credit for the album.

    I remember when they first sued, I just thought cats was looking for an easy come up, but it turns out, the lawsuit was 100% valid. At least that’s how it reads to me, not to mention they settled, and we never heard about that shit again…

    Actually now that I think about it, his first album, Kiss the Game Goodbye was a good album, it’s Kiss of Death the joint I wasn’t feeling all that much. I guess most people expected much more from what they hear on mixtapes, guest appearanes, remixes, etc, they say he makes shitty albums, but he just made A shitty album.

    But 1 out of 2 is not saying much. *shrugs shoulders*

    Styles albums are hot and Sheeks last album was decent.

    We Are the Streets is fuckin’ classic. We need that new Lox album most def.

    ^wow…I would say that is pretty accurate…the “missile” sound they are using is pretty nice but overall it doesn’t seem like it’s going to be a club banger or a street anthem. Maybe if I hear it again and it’s not so muffled…
