I do. Can’t dispute that, but you can also do the high rep/low weight thing in the gym. I just think weight training will work individual areas that you can’t get from just cals

tell yall niggas something about these calisthenics. I was on em hard for about 6 months straight, jogging hitting the pull-up bar push-ups stretching and all that right. I got lazy and fell back for about 1 month I havnt did any excercise… I’m still brolic as all hell.

Calisthenics > weight training.

I have to disagree, I think cals are good but weight training is where it’s at. Core strength is cool but you’ll never be as strong as you would if you were doing weight training.

^Any body weight exercise like the push & pulls you mentioned are > free weights
