    See what I mean…50 is the best that ever did it! Renovate is old projects with new windows, and built in A/C units…none of these other rappers are giving back to the hood like that. NO RAPPER has even thought about it. Marcy Projects is just as dusty as it was when Jay Z lived there…he doesn’t give Turkeys on Thanksgiving, more or less talk about renovating his old neighborhood.
