Wow…Bun B just sent over these pics of all four members of Goodie Mob together onstage during a Nelly show at Tabernacle in Atlanta.
Hit the jump.

I’m sure we’ll see some footage shortly, but until then:

I remember when they were firing shots in C’Lo’s direction on Rap City a few years back, i.e. One Monkey Don’t Stop No Show.

Just listened to “My President is Black”. My first impression is “meh”, but I got a feeling this might be kind of a big deal…

i dont like jeezy. dunno why. i mean hes ok. sometimes good but this is heavy.
August 19th, 2008 at 11:28 pm
Nas saved that Jeezy song. I liked that subliminal he shot at Jeezy and Jay.
I wonder how ?uestlove feels about Travis Barker collaborating with rappers out of nowhere when he’s been doing it for years.
Nicki…no words needed.

“Nas saved that Jeezy song.”
^I would have rather Nas not have been on it. I didn’t think he brought anything to the track. Wasn’t feelin his opening flow or his verse. Weak.
“I wonder how ?uestlove feels about Travis Barker collaborating with rappers out of nowhere when he’s been doing it for years.”
^Considering both have completely different styles I doubt he cares. Plus their friends and have jammed together before. ?Love is producing like crazy and putting together concerts for ppl like Jay Z , etc…I don’t think he cares much that Travis is on a few joints here n there that he wouldn’t have been on anyway.

^The GOAT chick hater of NR. *dapz*
August 20th, 2008 at 12:27 am
nelly would boost his rep considerably if he put his money and clout behind a goodie mob reunion album…his label already put out an album with ali and gipp from the goodie…why not ut the whole crew out?
ps: jeezy outrapped nas on that black president track.

“The GOAT chick hater of NR”
Whatever. Ppl on here got all pissy and called me a hater when I said The Inspiration would be a better album than Hip Hop is Dead.
I understand Jeezy will never drop an It Was Written or an Illmatic but Nas won’t drop another album like those again either so why is it hate to say that in 2008 I would rather hear another Jeezy verse on Black President than the verse Nas delivered? And if it is hate then I’m gonna keep on hating.
On Black President either of Jeezys 2 verses > Nas’s verse

you’re so hollywood eskay, “bun b just sent these over” lol…this is hot though. I wonder if the GM are jocking Cee-Lo now that he’s got that Gnarls Barkley hotness…like “hm, maybe we shouldn’t have said that one monkey don’t stop no show?” Or maybe i’m just pessimistic…

[...] So, we jokingly told a friend we would take his Nelly tickets if he paid us. Turns out there was a full Goodie Mob reunion on stage. We’ve heard rumors about a new album with Cee-Lo back in the mix. Why would god play such a cruel joke as to allow this reunion to occur at a fucking Nelly concert? I mean, Nelly. [...]

Its about time this happened. Who would have thought it would have been at a damn Nelly concert?!

Ahhhh, the good ol days when rappers below the Mason-Dixon line had something tangible to say. I loved Goodie.

[...] In honor of their recent semi-reunion which Nah Right has pics of! I guess they have made up? I seem to remember the rest of Goodie Mob being a little bitter towards Cee-Lo when he left the group, even naming one of their albums “One Monkey Don’t Stop No Show”. You know how it is when you get a big head and forget about your friends — you come back home in the end when things don’t work out quite right! [...]

[...] Here are the guys performing on the Sundance channel’s “Live From Abbey Road” program. BTW- did you know that Goodie Mob and Cee-Lo reunited at Atlanta’s Tabernacle concert hall recently? That’s like 50 and Game making up! Well maybe not that serious…Plus here’s my favorite song from Gnarly’s last album- the “Who’s Gonna Save My Soul” video is so honest and applicable to most people’s love lives, it’s a little scary. So is a bloody singing heart…Judge for yourself. [...]

They were at the Bun-B concert too. I hope those dudes make a new album that isn’t World Party. Matter of fact, I need to re-up on my Still Standing.
Boredom besets me like a pack of wild hounds on a bloody fox.
