Green, it varies from country to country but the title of President is usually Head of State while the Prime Minister is Head of Government.
Meaning the President handles international affairs while the Prime Minister handles affairs in the country.
To co-sign 456, in some countries the title of President is ceremonial while the Prime Minister does the real work.
