   I’m in limbo with this country. In one way, I have opportunities that others wish they could have. On the other hand, this country has done some of the most fucked up shit in history.

   ***Word to Tuskeegee..(sp? LOL)…on top of that, they want us to view history in terms of propaganda, and what paints the most favorable picture- we’re supposed to remember the “founding fathers”, but forget about the fact that they owned slaves? For every celebrated phase, “hero”, or accomplishment in American, scratch that, world history, there was some suffering and oppression that accompanied the supposed triumph…I know, “history is written by the winners”, but I’m saying..

    ^^ Yes and yes(different states too) ….country I lived Guadalajara and copped a place there and go back every year ….as soon as I can I will move there. Its just a matter of opportunity career wise and for that fact I am grateful to be born here and get an education(but honestly speaking this education I could have recieved it in Mexico or wherever) and a diploma that looks good to them crackas

    I swear Im sounding like an idealist who must live in Disneyland or some shit, however I sounded exactly like you did before I left the states. I wanted to get the fuck out and I did. Now that I’m out, I realized what we lack and where we are going wrong has nothing on what we have and where we are going right. And, Im not trying to say this on some ‘I know shit and u dont’ type of tip… never that. Im just hoping I can give other people the faith in the US that I had to run away to find.
