I been on the treadmill somethin fierce the past week or so. I got tired of cats walkin in the crib talkin ish about how much dust is on it. but now Im startin to lose weight. I dont wanna get all thin. I like takin up space when I walkin in the bar. makes my hoodies look more festive in the winter time.. I think Imma stop at 200 lbs

***that’s a good workout, prtty much all I do- I try to bang out (none) 6 or 7 miles a day, but I’ve gone as high as 10- when I do 10, I can’t work out the next day, so I’d rather do 7…..
