^ eh.. technically you can boogie anytime you want to boogie regardless of the situation. the real difference is in your taxes and legal issues. also it takes a real adult to choose marriage. buy depending on your state and the length of your “long term” relationship, it could still be considered common law marriage so some of the legal claims apply.
