David Banner must be crazy, not everyone can do it that way, especially if he’s already accustomed to not eatign red meat and pork… granted healthier eating is key, and visiting a gym at least 3 times a week helps alot… cardio over resistance training, but you can’t pry me away from my red meat!!! STEAK ALL MO’FUCKIN DAY!!!!!!!!!!!
