@ Homie

July 28th, 2008 at 10:00 am
So these two queers really putting out a album together? Ah man
July 28th, 2008 at 10:01 am
I gotta admit, I love this song. Wayne is his usual slightly-above-a-watered-down-average self, and T-Pain’s hook isn’t as good as some of his other ones, but it’s still good–but I love this fuckin’ beat. The whole thing works together. This is the kinda song that you put on really loud in the cah and double the speed limit.

Oh, still tho’, Weezy’s 3rd verse >>>> “Mack Maine”‘s verse.
Is this dude from Bangor or some shit? “Maine” is a state. Talk about “When hip-hop spelling goes wrong”.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:03 am
wow…those shirts are the gayest shit, ever….
July 28th, 2008 at 10:04 am
wowWeezy and T-Pain really having some fun together, doing songs, videos, gonna do some collabo album…well T-Pain was lookin a lil suspect a while back when he was yappin about ray J’s Yeah so him and Weezy are prob real good special friends now.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:04 am
@ Ike– C’mon, I have one that says “He Blogs”. Altho’ T-Pain’s should’ve said “He Sucks” with an arrow pointing to Weezy. (and that’s “sucks” as in “little talent” not “sucks” as in “ayo”)
July 28th, 2008 at 10:04 am
@ Homie
did you go to Rock the Bells?
^ Yup of course. Did you?
July 28th, 2008 at 10:06 am
**Belated Daps*** (sounds like a progressive rock/funk band, lol)
July 28th, 2008 at 10:06 am
and I don’t care what ya’ll say, that top hat is cool. Nobody else in hip-hop/r’n'b wearin’ a top hat. I don’t care if it is corny, I dig the originality.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:07 am
how was RTB?
LOL @ Rey- I was thinking the same theme, as far as the shirts go, except BOTH of them would have the same phrase
July 28th, 2008 at 10:07 am
Wow they really goin in on these rappers from Florida, the exposing of their past lives…Greenie girl, betta watch out.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:07 am
So Weezy’s shirt should say “I’m Gay” and T-Pain’s shirt should say “Yea Me Too” ?? lol
The song is pretty dope though I do admit.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:07 am
@ Rey- you ol’ “Puttin’ on the Ritz” lookin’ ass nigga
July 28th, 2008 at 10:08 am
lol @ Icon.. I keep forgetting I’m the only one around these parts that enjoys the warbled autotune stylings of Archibald T Painsworth.

I had no idea it was like a long day event and it could be so tiring. If I knew that, I wouldn’t of went out the previous night and got more than 4 hours of sleep. I did see some nice breezies though. Glad I brought my cheap flask because a security guard took mine because my friend was taking pics and spotted my flask. Oh well. They served beer there.

Plies got exposed? Shit I could’ve told you he was lying…..I never knew he rapped about guns and shit……I thought he was just for the ladies
July 28th, 2008 at 10:19 am
@homie
yea, people were passed out. the heat, bear, completely unhealthy food wore everybody out. they had shots there too, which I was pleasantly surprised with. Got to smoke two L’s out there too.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:20 am
Peace Rey *daps*
July 28th, 2008 at 10:22 am
Plies really didn’t get exposed, he just don’t have a criminal record. I listen to plies & yes, he does rap like he’s “super nigga” but just because you don’t have a record don’t mean you aint do shit, it just means you never got caught if you was out there.
Not having a record & lived the street life > being in jail for life for living the street life
Ross is a different story tho.

^ I don’t undstand how muthafuckers would not mind you walking around with an L but will take your flask. I guess they wanted me to buy their overpriced alcohol *shrugs*. I didn’t smoke as much as most people did though. The aroma of ganja was quite nice. And yes, it was hot as shit.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:24 am
yeah Joe…I dig what your saying…I just posted it cause damn if these mofos are trying so damn hard to dig up and put out all these exposures on these rappers…
July 28th, 2008 at 10:25 am
I interviewed Plies one time for the XXL site, but the piece ended up getting shelved for a print feature. I remember him talking alot about his brother’s criminal history, but his own, not so much.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:25 am
I did my best impression of big homie this weekend. Got hella drunk, you would’ve been proud. lol

^ whut he sed.
but on the real, im looking forward to the day when having a criminal record is no longer glorified. props to the cats who work hard to make it by legal means. anyone can sell weed, it takes a real man to get a legit job and work hard to better himself.
July 28th, 2008 at 10:25 am

^ Cosign. Ross and Plies situation is totally diffrent. Plies is no diffrent from any other rapper rapping whatever with no record.

I like dead prez, but smh @ these niggas talking bout they want freedom. Nigga we free it may not be a even playing field, but we’re free. When niggas have that type of mentality they never achieve anything, because their stuck in the past.
^freedom can mean unconstrained, we are constrained to a certain degree. Systematically we get ethered on the daily.
