Curtis Sues Taco Bell

Who pissed in Boo Boo’s nachos? He filed a lawsuit today against Taco Bell for having the gaul to challenge him to change his name from 50 Cent to either “79 Cent,” “89 Cent” or “99 Cent.”
Reuters reports:
“As Taco Bell intended, many customers believed that 50 Cent had agreed to endorse Taco Bell’s products. Indeed, postings on numerous Internet ‘blogs’ castigated 50 Cent for ’selling out’ by his apparent endorsement of Taco Bell,” the lawsuit said.
At first, I didn’t really understand why Curt had his g-g-g-string all knotted in a bunch over this, but I kinda see where he’s coming from now. Nonetheless, it seems to me like he’s just doubling Taco Bell’s free publicity by bringing them to court.

Won’t be free after they settle out, and I can promise whatever they settle for could have gotten them way more legit public exposure.
