Because the fluoride is actually doing what it's supposed to do in your mouth: KILL GERMS. Fluoride kills living things so it does kill out all the bad germs in your mouth, keeping it fresh. So it would make common sense to put fluoride in toothpaste from that perspective. And after you brush your teeth with that shit, you have to RINSE IT ALL OUT. If you don't that shit will corrode your teeth and just make things worst. Don't want to use toothpaste? use salt. Salt is known to kill germs but yet it's something essential for all living things. It was the small bottles for the kids or some shit.
