   ^ industry deals all stick to the same boilerplate basically: they throw you recoupable advance for exclusive rights to a certain amount of product. It aint max b or his lawyers fault jimmy is being a dick. If max doesnt satisfy the deal jimmy doesnt gave let him out. its standard, just some people (PUFF, JIM, FAT HOE) start playing games.
