Tupac’s Jag on Ebay

The Jaguar that Pac pulls up to the mall driving in the “Live And Die In L.A.” video is up for sale on eBay with a starting bid of 40K. Anybody wanna chip in on this bad boy? That’s probably my favorite Pac video ever.

something is missing from the 2nd LP, that the 1st LP had in abundance … its like “The Cool” has no soul … like its lifeless and mechanical … Food & Liquor was the exact opposite …

yo land im mad curious how come u think it sounds wihtout soul…altho i think i know what u mean but i have to majorly disagree, y heard Hip Hop Saved My Life? that song is filled with soul. not the College Dropout-Elzhi-type soul i think ur referring to, but a different type of soul that u can bop ur head to. the storytelling is fucking phenominal on the cool nothing in the game is touching his stories
i loved f&l (obviously) but the cool was like him evolving and sounding more refined in my opinon

… Pockets, you kinda overstand what im saying … the LP just doesnt “feel good” like F&L did … there is no denying his immense technical and lyrical skills, but sometimes i think he thinks too much on “The Cool” … it was too heavy, and didnt come with enough hard hitting sounscapes to match his lyrical prowess … that “Superstar” joint turned me off to the whole project … and after that, i couldnt find one song on the LP, to counterbalance the pretentious fluff that is “Superstar” …

The Cool had some dope songs on it like “Intruder Alert”, “The Die” “Hello/ Goodbye” “Parism Tokyo” etc., but F&L was a much better album. i think it flowed better than the cool. I have no complaints about F&L except i wish “real recognize real” wasn’t on there and they couldn’t get the sample cleared for “kisk, push II”, but there’s a couple songs on the cool that get no play like “hi-definition’ and “goldawatch” would have been a lot better if it din’t have that annoying yelling on the whole track

the LP just doesnt “feel good” like F&L did
^it comes down to opinion…thats a fact because for me, the cool actually felt like feel good music. ur definitely right that it had a lot of dark subject matter…but even with the heavy subject matter, crazy lyrics make me “feel good.” it just based on taste
July 18th, 2008 at 5:20 pm
“goldawatch” would have been a lot better if it din’t have that annoying yelling on the whole track
^co-sign i couldnt stand that track at all till like twentieth time i heard it, then the background yelling starts turning into a human sound altho thats prolly cuz of dead brain cells
