***Alcohol’s the one vice I can’t give up- I run like 5 miles a day, though, and lift weights, so it balances out—-I really need to give it up, though- before I went in the military, I never drank, and I was like 150 lbs (@ 6 ft 2)- like a year later, i was close to 200, and I never changed anything except for picking up a drankin’ habit…true story..
