   I guess alcoholics cant loose weight then

   I am already eating right, working out, and cut drinking during the week. Applaud me on that. That is a big step. But its hard not to drink when you are out and about, partying, chilling on the weekends. I just dont see how drinking twice a week is going to hurt me. I mean

   Eating right, working out, drinking twice a week > Eating fast food, anything, drinking all week

   right?

   Right. From my own personal experience I drink alcohol probably like 3-4 nights a week. I drink beer, vodka, shots whatever. But, I also work out about 5 times a week. Most of the food I eat I grill and I eat probably 4-5 salads a week. I hardly ever eat out. I also never drink any Cola or anything. Straight water or juice.
