we had the talib discussion a while back and some cats agreed with me, sure talib might have had a good verse along the line but that doesnt make him a great rapper. i’d rather listen to jada talk about stupid shallow shit in a sharply timed manner and an intricate flow than some social revolutionary spoken word performance with no rhythmical relation to the beat underneath.

Jada isn’t always in point i.e. he’s made tracks that are subpar.
Now, at the same time, talib’s best (just to get by, deliver us) are not
