LF: so the other day im joggin in the park listening to some inst. Im comparing the human experience to that of a computer and how similar we are. This is what I came up with. Naturally the brain will be the chip and of course the hardrive is the minds memory. In order to communicate you need a medium also a gateway. I stopped short as listing the mouth as the gateway its just a device that supports communication. The actual gateway is your conscience prohibiting and allowing communication. Now if this is correct it would be safe to assume by defualt for protection this feature is always on. And if you were able to some how turn it off you may be subject to to a wide range of signals both good and bad. Unlocking the mystery of your conscience state is the key to unlimited knowledge, but for this you need a filter. What is the filter, its your heart and soul.

This was just my Alien moment I felt like sharing.

Speaking of reading material, I started “The Post-American World” a couple days ago. Only about 4 chapters in, but so far its real good summation of recent world history and clarification of the rise of India, China, etc. I’d recommend it.

I havent seen anything (trailer, promo shot, interviews) from X-Files 2 yet, but I’m pretty sure The Dark Knight is going to be fucking insane. Early word is comparing it to Heat and Godfather 2.That’s obviously not possible, but if its even half that good, the kid will be happy.

^ the mixtape was hot. nas always had the ability to go above and beyond the norms of hip hop, but so many times it seemed he got so caught up in his own head and the though process, that the final result was kinda jumbled.

How can you sense the feel of the album by just hearing the single tracks…?

You cant soak in the theme/feel of an album like that

Example : If I just heard all the tracks off Cuban Linx in random order & never heard the way it was all threaded together, I’d think its a different album

This goes for almost every good/classic album ever

Nas could have have skits on the LP that give the tracks a completely different outlook…who knows…

Thats why I’m glad I aint heard that much tracks off the album to be honest

Yes, some days I go off into my own world and start talking gibberish that apparently I am the only one who understands.
I am sorry Nahright was the place I chose to do that. Didn’t want to alienate anybody.

I like the name Mindy Marin alot. When I picked it I didn’t know she was a hollywood casting director. I just thought it sounded like a pornstar name. It was actually the email address for one of the viagra/weight loss pills/ penis enlargenment offer emails that used to flood my old work inbox.
