are iPods still dope to fuck with? I know people who have an iPod don’t fuck with Zunes, or people who have Zunes don’t fuck with iPods… and people who have both don’t exist, but I mean does apple still do their thing? or are they more interested in iPhones and that kind of tomfoolery.
I need to replace this iPod, and I need a new phone… but the thought of the two together still doesn’t make sense to me. does the iPhone have something to put headphones in it? I don’t know… then again carrying both is barbaric

when i was a kid, it was just not like that. i bought liquid swords and listened to it until it stopped playing. don’t ask me how. i had to rebuy that fucking CD, that’s how much i played it. from the boombox to the discman to the fucking station wagon, the shit just died. i still have both covers for it. that’s just not how i listen to music any more

the only benefit I see with the Zune is that it has an FM tuner. yes, the iPhone has a headphone jack, but I agree that having a phone and mp3 player in one device probably sounds better than it actually is. plus the iPhone capacities are an insult. they can stick their little 8 gigs up their ass.

nah, I didn’t mean I lost that many pounds off not eating late. it’s a combination of shit, but that included helps/if I would eat late, I wouldn’t be making any progress.
I mean, look at the Spanish or just Europeans in general. it is a myth but at the same time, if you can eat earlier, (have a walk) or go do something, anything to let your body digest that shit, you’ll be much better off than sleeping right away.

Metamucil? A bowl of some high fiber cereal is enough for the daily fiber intake. I don’t know about yall niggas though, I stay eating late, especially during the summer and it makes no difference weight wise for me strangely. I’m actually trying to put on weight since I’ve upped the gym visits but I just happen to have a fast metabolism and it pretty much makes no difference. I need to get some high calorie shakes or some shit.
Oh yeah Nation I heard about the protein shake ish too and that it’s hard on the kidneys. Not to mention its hard to stomach constantly since some of the mixes taste like shit.
