I don’t know how I feel about this shit. In one way, you never know someone’s mindset if they are laid out on the street but the compassionate person in me can’t just keep going. I’d at least call the police. Some people can’t even extend that courtesy. But best believe, FIVE people will pull over if a dog is limping down the street.
