Of all the people who won, I’m glad Raheem and C. Brown won. I want Raheem to win because he’s a local dude and I’ve watched him go from doin’ small ass venues like Gardel’s (B’more) and the 9:30 club to having a smash hit on the radio. Not to mention The Love Experience is a CLASSIC. And I aint throwin’ around that word, that’s a certified album.

***Co-sign- plus, dude knows how to connect with the fans (n/h)–none of that lip syncing, smoke and mirrors shit like yaboy Usher was doing- just good, old fashioned, tried and true entertainment. He also stays active locally, and still hasn’t lost touch with his city- he might me at Madison Square as an opening act one night, but best believe he’s gonna perform @ Zanzibar or H20, too…
