Frequent Nah Right commenter BK2LV and EZIE Entertainment have organized a Summer Jump Off show featuring Joe Budden and Blu in Vegas tomorrow night. In anticipation of said show, Jumpoff called up the lovely Carey Sisters for a quick interview and a quick a capella freestyle. I was trying to pull the freestyle into a seprate mp3, but let’s be serious, it’s Friday and I’m feeling lazy.

My gripe is what I said before, the flat out lie in the Village (and just my opinion of it being not good) and I think there’s a hate factor too, I can’t front that a lot of people think hes this directorial genious and yet I really thought two (and perhaps three) of his scripts were trash.. but it’s whatever, I’m not mad at the dude, just ain’t seeing his hype.. On the Lupe the Jedi mixtape is the song Gansta Gansta which features (and uses almost identically) the same sample that is used on Blu and Exile’s track My World is.
What’s the story on this? I was guessing the Lupe tape came out first. Did Exile completely swack them? Was is a bad coincidence that they both had grabbed the same 70s record unintentionally… on some Dilated Peoples / Ludacris shit?

^^^yessur since ’97… at work I’ve been rockin’ some of the Yogi Tea’s… there’s a Detox one (no dre) and this Green Tea that’s pretty tasty… there’s also the Lipton original black tea cuz it’s free and sometimes I ain’t got the gourmet shit… there are a couple of Tazo joints I rock from time to time too….
I had to cut out the coffee too because it was gettin’ me all aggy and fuckin’ with my muscles and what not since it dehydrates you (no powdered milk)… when I started to train in capoeira again it had me all messed up, so I got into tea…
