Isn’t baby mama a title you never get unless the kid is out of wedlock and something you lose when you marry? Fox must not employ a black person under the age of 40 or something.

SMH at buddy. Did you just hear of Fox News yesterday? They’ve been saying egregious shit for years. So no, I’m not outraged. The industrial prison complex and the “new slave” menatality in the inner cities pisses me off. Redneck TV? Not so much. In fact, some of the shit is entertaining if you know how inconsequential it is in the big scheme of things, and arent sensitive like Kanye West.
I co all of that. I’ve been behind Obama since ’04, since that speech (I waved signs for Kerry back then, but…who were we kidding?) and I’m gonna find a way to give time, money, energy, whatever to getting him elected.
And if he gets got…
…America lost, and I will spend the rest of my life trying to make it what Obama would have. He’s the best, mayne, he’s someone who actually wants to change the world, he’s running because he wants to do something good and thinks he’s the best person to do it and not because it’s the culmination of a political career (c) Hillary and McCain.
He’s our Kennedy, our Lincoln, our Washington, BECAUSE he’s OURS, because he appeals to the best in all of us, because he’s mobilized people to do great things for him because they think he can do great things for the country.
And if his inaugural doesn’t have “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country, I will be shocked beyond shocked.”
Politics, in this case, in the best cases, isn’t about just healthcare or Iraq or that, it’s about getting people to believe in doing good for other people, in the idea that the world gets better and that we can do something about it. It’s empowering people and not tearing them apart; it’s figuring out why there are people who disagree violently with each other and how to deal with it instead of blindly fighting wars; it’s giving hope instead of fear.
NERD, 9th and Jean, Kidz in the Hall, Madlib – Sujinho, Buckshot&9th, HNIC2, Gnarles,
HipHop is just evolving.
^^^^ I’m still listening to N.E.R.D., and that clearly isn’t a “hiphop” release and neither was their first album (isn’t that the point of them in the first place, because they wanted to be something other than an urban group?) I missed the 9th & Jean (full-album?), Buckshot & 9th was wack!, HNIC2 was actually much stronger than I expected, and I should listen again before I shit on it (tho I did like the “revolutionary” shit P was talking on the first tracks) and the Gnarls actually I didn’t like anywhere near as much as their first one (and that’s another pop release that isn’t even in the same lane as “hiphop”)… and for the record, I still buy CD’s if I’m going to anticipate playing your album repeated times…

WTF Nelly is the wackest highest selling artist of all time…… Hammer was cool dont front, Nelly isnt
^^^
I been trying to think of a counter (not because I like Nelly’s music, just felt like being a contrarian) and I can’t, so…co-sign. If we’re talking about hiphop. And I saw about 4 seconds of the “making of” of his new vid.

SMH at buddy.
diddou just hear of Fox News yesterday? They’ve been doing egregious shit for years. So, no, I’m not outraged. The industrial prision complex and inner city violence piss me off. Redneck TV? Not so much.

@buddyholly
This is our chance. Don’t. Fucking. Waste. It.
*end soapbox*
