I think about 5 people in that room rejected his “nigga” pass right after he dapped Ross.
^ probation going-on-suspension with that shit. ross was seconds from transitioning that friendly shoulder grab into a headlock.
^^^
Right when Khaled said “nigga”, I cut it off lol ….
He most def is a cornball but he has the power hand when it comes to what’s hot right now … dudes won’t mess that up …
^^^^
Im not tryin to diss or argue but what “power hand” he just puts 10-15 hot rappers on a track and calls if fire when the production is lame…just m opinion

^But he’s also on the radio in the South. So as long as they’re affiliated with him then they are guaranteed spins down there.

I agree. He doesn’t always put out the best music. But if Khaled has a new track out, people are going to listen. That doesn’t mean that they are going to like it but people will take some time to see what he’s coming out with.
Khaled has connections with many of the hottest rappers out right now: Wayne, Jeezy, Ross, Plies … he can get them on your record, he can get them in your videos … that’s a strong ally to have.
Like I said, he doesn’t put out the BEST music but he has enough solid connections in the game with some of the more popular artists. That’s an advantage that you would want to have on your side if you’re down with Khaled.

I don’t care what the “hip-hop intellectuals” say — “T.R.O.Y.” is one of the greatest songs in hip-hop history (definitely in the top five if not THE No. 1 song in hip-hop history).
Rest in peace to all of the fallen rhyme-spitters in hip-hop.
And more recently, blues icon Bo Diddley and jazz organist Jimmy McGriff.
