Edit: For those who have never lived a day in their lives, this is the footage that Jay used to make this video.

^If you read my last statement, I SPECIFICALLY said that I know “damn well you don’t be findin’ all of your exclusives”, meaning that you do have help here and there. And if you don’t consider that holdin’ you down, then what do you call it?

    >>if thats the case, then why niggas ain’t leak Mr. Carter before I posted it? why has everybody been posting their emails thirsting all week?

^Well then I’m assuming that this time is one of the few times where help wasn’t sufficient.

  73. esoterica Says:

moderation is and will always be a pagan ritual, especially when used in this context.

  74. esoterica Says:

…I see murder as mercy in a way. My idea is to teach, so for me to murder is not the right thing to do. Instead a more effective way would be for me to chop off a person’s arms, which is a worse punishment, the way I see it. If I am attacked or if someone enters my borders to disturb me; and does so with full intention, then I must teach him.

Basically, the attack against you is not significant, it is the idea that you have been attacked that is. You have to go to the mind that has attacked, enter it and correct it. I don’t think an eye for an eye is effective. It breeds equality, and I don’t think people are equal . That idea is disrespectful to people and disrespectful to all that is holy.

  75. pockets Says:

yo 911 i dont really see ur comparisons, cons to me sounds like kanye and wale to me has a bit of wayne in him except wale is wayyyyyyyy better…i think wale is sort of like a tad bit wayne || plus a hint of lupe…either way ive been waiting for someone to annihilate the Show Me What You Got beat and its only rite wale did it since his forte is those instrument heavy go go type beats

^Or maybe his style just doesn’t appeal to some people. I’m sure you’ll say your comment was in “general”, but since I’m the only obvious self-proclaimed Wayne hater, then I’ll take that charge (no Battier).

I like Peedi Crakk, who most can’t stand, and he sounds nothin’ like your typical rapper. I think Wale is decent and will possibly get better… sounds nothin’ atypical to NYC rappers. I like Rawwwws on some tracks, when he’s doing Maybach Music type songs… nothin’ atypical to NYC. I like Young Dro on some tracks… nothin’ atypical to NYC as well.

Anybody who listens to music OBVIOUSLY knows there are diff. types of rap. Some just don’t appeal to others. I just choose to openly bash him on a public forum because, well, that’s what Nahggers. I don’t spend all my time on here tryin’ to convince people to be P. Crakk fans and he got a few mixtapes that are scorchers. But if people choose to openly bash him, then fuck it. That’s just the way it goes. We all got our favorites and ones we don’t like. Wayne fits the latter in terms of where he stands with me.

^Telepathy, I swear. I actually thought about that, but IMO, Crakk does that abstract style 10x better than Wayne. Peedi usually has direction and the bars are cohesive, especially when he’s doing the street shit. This was supposed to have been Peedi’s summer if the relation between he and Camel would’ve sustained. But, nothin’ I can do about that. The Roots stay puttin’ him on tracks and actually contemplated making him an official member. That’s a big stretch for a band who doesn’t do the same type of music, but Peedi’s diversity allows that relationship.

The Beatles were enormous though, we can’t even compare anything in our lifetime to what they were. Maybe MJ in his prime, MAYBE. Also, I don’t people realize it now cuz he’s mad old, but Little Richard was like fuckin’ death metal in his day. ^maybe its my stanism but thats Lupe to me…he sliced these young joc’s up and got everyone singing Superstar
    ^
i agree, but time will tell, i hope lupe dosent quit next album, but yeah your right. cause right now niggas dont know what to do. the cool has raised the bar for everyones albums now. and grunge is the new hipster rap, being exploited by fashion comapnies and everyone alike for a trend, when the real people who dressed that way and acted like that do it jsut to do it. but after grunge,a lil those bands split up and became post modern current rock and changed shit up for the better, the evolved from grunge (chilli pepers, lilnkin park, foo fighters). so yeah i think lupe is gonna be kobain but time will tell……..

I knew shawty before I knew him, but me & homes is hella cool, I went to a family cookout as his guest & she was there, grown & sexy as she wanna be, I never knew they was related, so I fell far back, but I was under the influence last night (2 da extreme) & went at her, she was the first to comfort me after the police situation, but if it comes down to choosing my friendship, no homo, but i’d wouldn’t do it. (unless she push the issue, & her ta ta’s are huge)

^Well, if you knew her before him then that kinda adds a twist to it. But knowing someone longer doesn’t mean the friendship is necessarily tighter (no shirt you got ot). But it seems like she sincerely dig you if she was the first to sympathize with you. I think it would be best if you just have a talk with the homie and find out if there is any significant reason why he don’t think you and shorty should be talkin’. Hopefully her titties won’t cloud your judgment. Lol

I’m a fan of the older wayne and the more heartfelt tracks that he put out like “Grown Man and Fuck The World” which both still recieve heavy rotation in the whip. There aint nothing on here like that. It was a very lame attempt at an album IMHO. Wayne can be a very nice emcee when he is working off of someone elses concepts as of recently but this man is really disconnected.
