Suge Knight Struck
Apparently Marion caught a bad one last night. Accoring to TMZ:
Suge was at Shag nightclub when he began arguing with a man he had been talking with. Our spy overheard Suge say, "I want my money!" Suge and his peeps beat the guy to the ground, but the man landed a right hook on Suge’s face, knocking him out for around three minutes. […]
Suge was taken to the hospital where LAPD officers arrived, but he refused to file a report.
I don’t think it’s actually a matter to joke about or to poke fun of, especially seeing him layed out like that and not putting on a tough guy show with all the cameras flashing, but I guess it’s just amazing to see someone that’s always been so unfuckwitable in the game in that position. Also, imagine the guy who was getting beaten up by the goons being able to tell his friends "you should see the other guy".

For one, and this may sound biased, but most people who comment on other sites outside of NR are a bunch of clowns. Of course, that’s easy for me to say because I comment on NR with the rest of yall (and that, would make me a clown if I found NR to be clownish, lol). But it’s a reason why there are plenty of lurkers who finally pop up on comment on NR because they value our opinons over here. Though our Ether Initiation Rituals have been few and far inbetween (which leads to the lack of quality control), for some reason we still have the most valued opinions (and facts) out of all of the hip hop blogs (word to that one chick who called eskay a mysoginist for lettin’ us go ape shit in the comments talkin’ about how we miss Ike Turner, LOL). So as far as TMZ and the rest of the those sites, I take their commenter quotes with a grain of salt.
As for Suge, nobody can verify what his involvement is with Pac and Big, but many of us want to villify him (including myself in the past) because it seemed he was a catalyst for the most notable and heartbreakin’ public beef in our culture. Not to metion he has raped all of his artists at will (no Squirrel Man) But on the realz, after much analyzation, Puff aint no different than Suge in that sense, just minus the gangsta demeanor. Where he lacks in physical intimidation, he makes up for it contractually aka “paper gangsta” (c) “the double door joints”. I think Suge just need to chill with all the goon squad beatdowns. But he’s from L.A., so rollin’ with a gang is 2nd nature. Especially since he’s a boss (no Rawwwws). As for Karma… I think him gettin’ Craig’d, jail time, and losin’ The Row is Karma catchin’ up, so maybe he’s still repayin’ his debt to Her. Lets not forget that Snoop, Dre, DPG, Vanilla Ice (lol), and a list of maddddd mofos all had problems with him. Hopefully that’s all in the past, but if he continues to fuck up, then expect to see more pics of him in the future in a slumped position… or worse.

*REAL STORY* I was there. I was telling people about this before it hit the net. Suge didn’t get hit with a fist, it was with a crowbar. The @$?#! went down where a guy got jumped by Suge and about 3 bodyguards. It’s about 20 seconds of chaos, spills a little into the street, then gets broken up. Then a HOMEBOY of the dude who got jumped comes straight from the side with a crowbar. You can actually see the gash on Suge’s neck in the pictures. He hit him hard across the right side of his skull and neck - you could hear it. The dude who hit him was out in a flash - before bodyguards or security could even track him down. It was a one-hitta-quitta..

Examples:

-Gotta have original material
-Gotta mix it up
-Style, delivery, and mic presence are just as important
-Promoters be rapin’ comics (c) rappers’ managers
-Not too female comics are respected

Yeah Ci-Ci, he woulda looked more credible if he came down when the cop got murked. It’s gonna be a hot summer. And Jeff Van Gundy reminds me of a person who, although wealthy, lives in a one room flat with newspaper for curtains and eats his meals out of a can. Something very serial killer-ish about dude.
