Sad though it is, as a card-carrying Chris Wallace stan, I can’t listen to Pac’s music. I never heard the Makavelli album, and only checked for the singles from All Eyez. As a dude who values his record collection over and above my wedding ring/marriage, the 2Pac-shaped gap in my collection haunts me, but I can’t bring myself to check for it. Like I said… sad.
And my take on the greatest emcee’s is well documented; Kool G, Cool J, KRS, BDK, Ra, Jay, Nas, BIG, Cube and Apache who did ‘Gangsta Bitch’ (jk on that last one)… can you tell that I’m an old head?

Shawty Lo is an cancerous infestation on everything hip hop stands for. Not only are his lyrics asinine, they’re also incomprehensible. He squeezes into the game piggybacking off one of the worst songs in modern music history, and as soon as he gets both his feet in the door, he becomes another crab in the bucket nigger.
Now, with all that said…”Dun Dun it all” is my SHIT. I dont give a fuck.

Naw, not a old head, just a dude that knows what the fuck hes talking about (even tho there is a glaring Slick Rick omission from your list). The last GREAT rapper to drop a debut album was Jay (Eminem is debatable at this point and Kanye while one of the great producers and a maker of classic records is not a GREAT rapper).

**I still wonder how Pac woulda pulled off that role- Larenz Tate did his thing, speaking of ninjas who have fallen the f*** off…SMH @ him being a sidekick (yet again) in that flick with Tyrese, Meagan Goode, and the Game- after Menace, Dead presidents, and Love Jones, dude shoulda had it made…
