I was iffy until I heard “We Rollâ€.
^ Mr Me Too.
That really solidified dudes appeal for me (not at all). Every single one of my bredrens thought that “We Roll†was a pile of steaming shite, and will only rock the instrumental. Their loss…

Hootie… Aint shit chief. Gloomy ass day in B’more with all the rain.
yaboy… What it is? I don’t think he’s a super-great MC, but he knows how to ride a beat and good with concepts/hooks. Even his verse on the remixed Styles P “Kill That Faggot†is kinda tough. But if he’s not well-received that I definitely overstand because I couldn’t stand this lil’ ninja either. He just needs better beats and stay away from Jim.

Come on now, dudes get it together.

Woah, woah homey. I didnt say I wouldnt knock the bottom out (or at least attempt too, aint no nigga batting a 1000 every shot), just said she isnt “gorgeous” or “beautiful” or whatever other adjective Essence is using to describe her. She’s a slightly above average looking chick and dope for a politico’s wife (but that’s not saying much…).

billz, dont get me wrong “We Roll” was fire… but after listening to his tapes, nothing else really hit me as being on the same quality level…
his topic matter is redundant, and after about 5 tracks I found myself tuning out… i think he shines as a feature on a track (c) you gotta love it, we roll etc. but on his own he doesn’t really do it for me (n/h)

dj khaled makes the worst posse cuts I’ve heard in recent memory. almost every track is horrible no matter who he gets on them.

“Y’all niggas act like y’all came here to shoot
I kick all y’all asses, with the same pair of boots
Witness the game unfurl, don’t be another
reject, fuck around and get eject from the world…”
Where are MOP? Did Boo-Boo let them go? That Danzini track in Lite made me dig in the crates…
Listening to MOP, is it fair to say those dudes basically gave Sean Price his blueprint? I know P has been around since the early 90’s in one form or another, but since he became known as Sean Price, dude has the air of MOP about him (without the shouting). That unmistakeable blue-collar, ‘punch you in the face just for living’-type of style.
