Because microwaves cook from the inside out, you are removing essntial moister form the break and the ONLY way is to wrap two pieces of bread in a moistened paper towel. A better way is to put the frozen loaf into thte fridge and let it thaw that way OR put two pieces in the toaster at it’s LOWEST setting and thaw that way.
