… people forget how shitty Ewing’s supporting casts were … he never played with AllStar caliber teammates … no Pippen (jordan) … no Stockton(Malone) … no Kareem or Worthy (magic) … no Parrish, McHale, or DJ (bird) … no Sampson or Cassell (olajuwon) … no Kemp (payton) … Barkley played with all kinds of AllStars … Starks made one AllStar Game (he was bagging groceries after college; till Pat Riley saved his life) … Oakley, maybe one probably none (league bully, no real ball skills) … Patrick did EVERYTHING … score, rebound, block shots, motivate teammates … of course he struggled AT TIMES in the clutch … because whenever he got the ball , everyone on the planet knew Ewing was going to cut through the lane and finger roll, or shoot a fadeaway … more times than not, he was succesful … how you think they made it to the conference finals or NBA finals damn near every year? … aint his fault Michael Jordan is the same age he is … any criticism of Ewing is unjustified … he carried the whole organization SUCCESSFULLY on his shoulders for over 12 years with many different coaches … they have been hot runny shit, since his departure … feed Isiah to the lions …

Co-Sign to the fullest. Dude is more than deserving to be a HOF. It’s fucked up that him, Charles, Stockton, and Malone were in their prime during the Jordan Era. But they still should have capitalized that 2 years he was gone.
