    I recently closed on a multi family house, there where tenants already living in the dweling. Yesterday po-po came by the crib looking for a dude, who happens to be the boyfriend of one of my tenants. I wasnt there I was at work, but my brother told them that I was the Landlord (no Land). The detective called my this morning and asked me if I had a contact number for ole boy. I told him he’s not the tenant on file, its his girlfriend who signed the lease, and added that my wifey possibly has the number. I told him i’ll give her a call and get back to him.

    I dont know dude from Adam, but part of me feels I should give home boy a heads up. Then theres also the other side, he could be a violent offender, even worst some type child molester.
