Eminem’s Moms Sued Over Book
Em’s mom is being sued by some dude who claims her tell-all book about her son was his idea.
The lawsuit alleges on Nov. 15, 2005, Alpert and Nelson entered into a contract in which he would be her exclusive agent in book, TV, radio and motion picture projects and in return receive 25 percent of the gross profits from such projects. The lawsuit alleges Alpert "came up with the idea of Nelson writing a book about being the mother of Eminem."
It sounds to me like a case of one leech trying to get paid off of another. Anyway, this thing has supposedly sold 100,000 copies in the U.K. and is dropping in the U.S. this week.

^I would disagree, but you have a point, I went back & listen to both Eminem show & MMLP recently & stevie wonder could see which one is better. I thought em was at his peak on MMLP but I was wrong, like you said the topics are so outdated, but the eminem show is borderline classic IMO, the way most of the album connected from song to song was pure genuis (& the fact that it was his real life made it that much better), I love how the skit before “solider” led into “saying goodby to hollywood” wow. Except for the song with obie & the 1st single, everything was perfection. Every fucking community college is basically 13th/14th grade, thats why the only reason to go to one is if you plan on transferring to a 4 year university. Ain’t niggas figure this out by now? Shit save money too. You do one or two years and maintain a high gpa and you’ll get into most mid range 4 year universities. As long as you had a decent high school gpa/act score you good.
