Cool post. I’m not mad at the song at all, I just think the video could have been a bit more interesting.

Eskay, I noticed a trend on your blog. The posts with little to no comments usually have something substantial, different, and maybe even important. And therefore they’re largely ignored.

After all, isn’t there more to hip-hop than what’s being presented by major media outlets (including many popular blogs and hip-hop sites)? Maybe there may be an effort to reach out to the material coming out of Japan and Brazil, who knows.

he’s a good lyricist but this shit is too melodramatic. These kinda songs demand a high level of authenticity or it just comes off as preachy… i don’t think they quite executed in what they were going for, and the video just makes it extra cheesy…slug is better when he’s going raw on the mic
