Today mark one week on the gig, I posted like 20 times on friday (started the morning w/ 20 min online survey), between switcin my Pandora radio like 80 times, ripping 4 albums to itunes, watching b-ball tourney, and setting up my Aqua Teen Hunger Force wallpaper. well I’m a big boy and plus I havent ran for real real since like high school so i would say I run about 30 mins. every other day. gotta build up that stamina and get a lil bit more of this winter ish off me before I run a long while, so bout 30 mins of running, then 20 mins of walking.

As for Scrubs.. They’re filming a few more episodes now, and new episodes are scheduled to come back on 4/10. The studio that produces the show wants them to film a new Season, Season 8–to be aired next year, most likely on ABC (ABC Studios makes the show even tho’ it airs on NBC).
Soooo yeah, at the very least we’ll get this season done. I’m hoping they come back next year to finish up the whole series un-strike-interrupted.

****8 miles on the treadmill, at a 4% incline…when I’m outside, I run for about an hour- waaaay slower pace than the treadmill, though….I can’t motivate myself to maintain a treadmill pace on foot, so I run about 5 or 6 miles w/o the treadmill, 8 with…I was thinking about going out for the Army 10 miler in August- we’ll see, though…my little sister is in Iraq, and she gets back in December- when she left, we were talking about running a marathon when she got back…I just got back on the fitness kick recently, though, like the last 2 months or so…

I suggest running at a high and timed pace, then doing push-ups/sit-ups. Taebo is alright but its for women and corny. Then hit the weight machine hard.

mostly it matters what your body type is, and what weight you at at the current time and what you can do…everyone’s not gonna hit weights ahrd and not everyone si gonna run like crazy…I run a walk a lil bit casue well I gotta get some of this gut off, but I do that every other day, then the other days I hit them weights…get my football 2 days on.
