More Jay-Z Record Label Rumors
After Macworld came and went with no announcement about a Jay-Z/Apple music intiative, the "what’s he going to do next chatter" died down for a while and Jay’s been relatively quiet since. Now Rush & Molloy at the Post are claiming to have heard rumors that he’s working out some kind of label deal with Lyor over at Warner. They spoke to Lyor and he denied it, but of course Lyor is a lying TI, so anything is still possible. I would hope that after publicly hinting that Universal/Def Jam needed to figure out a new way to sell music, he wouldn’t turn around and ink a deal with another clueless major. Unless of course he knows something we don’t and Warner has something up their sleeves. But I highly doubt that.

LF- anybody know a good math refresher jawn? I’m to the point now, where I HAVE to knock out my math classes- the procrastination is unfortunately over, and I need to take a placement test- my remaining classes are either math based, or have math proficiency listed as a prerequisite….all I need to get my degree, as far as actual math goes, is College Algebra and Stats…fuck, I hate math…
^^^That sucks i never took college algebra bc i took calc in high school. It should be pretty easy tho. My only problem with stats was my prof. They were asian + plus i couldn’t understand them when they talked.

Most universities or colleges offer tutoring courses…but Stats is scary in its wording, but its not really as hard as it seems…You prolly wont be dealing with very hard concepts of stats anyway….mostly standard deviation…means, independent variables, z squares, chi squares, slopes and so forth…but its not as bad as it seems.
For college algebra which is basically highschool trigonometry…you might wanna purchase a ti-83 plus it helps you alot…Now some schools dont allow it because niggas can put whole math problems on that joint…
But I came here to tell you, dont fret…Anyone can get through it, its just practice makes perfect

Werd!!! I took them jawns back to back my first and second semesters to get it out the way. I had to take math 098 and 117 and 098 was actually the more difficult because my class was refreshed from the BEGINNING. Fractions, decimals, graphs all that shit. I just look at it in terms of MONEY…MY Money.
