what if you knew the boss of your crew had “good intentions” and really honestly cared about your well being, and scarficed themselves in order for you to be in a good space…

and also, once you got a certain point and level of knowledge, they recommed you branch off and start your own crew…

if you knew that was the case, would you be “in somebody else’s crew”??

…..yeah but it would have to be someone I trusted, and lets be real I’m not saying I wouldn’t ever go with any group if I thought it would be beneficial to me but I’m a look out for me first. The whole time I’d being working while at the same time setting myself up to branch out on my own, the more your reliant on someone else the more chance you risk getting caught up in their shit storm, and no matter how good their intentions are at first they might not always stay that way once things start going bad for whatever reason. If they have to start making sacrifices they might come looking your way, so you best be prepared.

A position of power is something you crave and desire so that you can benefit off the hard work of others while you just sit back and collect your money, if you don’t desire to have that control if your ego isn’t so big that you want to control people than you aren’t gonna seek that position of authority out, no body wants to be in control so they can be fair and everyone can eat the same, you want to be top dog so you run shit and everyone has to answer to you, so basically I have a natural mistrust with anyone with such aspirations….

everybody wants to be a boss nowadays…it doesn’t work like that….

some idiots don’t understand you gotta play your postion, play your role, it’s benefical for the team, and you…

there is a good reason why somebody is the boss,
they most likely got the most intellcut, knowledge, experience, etc.. than the rest of the people in the crew

its the same way in the army, there is a reason why somebody is colonel and why somebody just a soldier….

it doesn’t mean somebody is better than the other person….nah…
people need to smarten up and get over that

…… see I agree with all of what you said but thats why you won’t ever see me in nobody’s army….everything you said is true except you left out the part about how the boss doesn’t care about his workers or anyone below him, he is willing to sacrifice them all for his own benefit ( see : poor people on the front lines of the war with the rich elitist training comfortably at home ) ….if your work for any cooperation or establishment than your either a boss or a pawn, a meaningless piece whose only purpose is to serve the boss, the boss than starts a cycle where all this continues for generation after generation and the gaps between the elite and the common worker get farther and farther apart….
