    …well thats just the problem, in order to take over to be on top you have to be an asshole, you have to be willing and able to ignore the rest of the world and only think of yourself, me thats not my style. I don’t wanna be the boss I don’t like ordering people around I don’t like making people feel like they are lower than me. If I was the boss I would try to make everyone under me feel the have as much power as possible, problem with that would then be keeping them in check, cause one of them is gonna be power hungry looking for more and abusing their authority taking it out on others, I’m a big believer in Karma and treat people how you want to be treated which means with nothing but respect, I hate cops abusing their authority, I hate bosses that do the same, I also hate hypocrites and when it comes to this I damn sure am no hypocrite, the problem with a crew is theres no way everyone will always be on the same page, so I suggest you do YOU, keep in touch with your friends help your friends as much as you can but you can’t group everyone or thing together cause thats when heads start to bump fights break out and people start feeling like they are getting slighted. I work for me and I love it. I help my friends when they need it I let them crash at my spot rent free when they need it I let them borrow loot with no interest ( and sometimes with no intention of paying it back ) the thing is you have to be able to identify whats going to happen before it does and decide if your cool with that or not…….
