i used to think “why doesn’t es post more of his own commentary?”

and then i realized: because you let the shit speak for itself and only get down into the comments to go and forth with the readers

YN was way too polarizing to be an EIC

he was constantly grandstanding and engaging in assorted other fuckery that is not exactly going to endear people

should i respect dave mays – arguably an even larger “legend” in the game – after all of his mistakes?

you knew YN better than any of us, so hey, if you vouch, that’s worth something
