The general consensus is that he’s a self-aggrandizing blabbermouth who is a great radio DJ, but that’s about it. that billie jean remix was ehhhh…he didn’t really change it up too much, just threw some drums in behind the song and slowed it down.

it’s an interesting idea, updating and remixing Thriller, but prolly unnecessary, overall…you don’t see Stevie Wonder redoing “Songs in the Key of Life” with Lil Jon producting….sometimes, you gotta just leave pefection alone, and Quincy Jones crafted a flawless pop soul album with “Thriller”, IMO
